The exhibition at the vai is conceived to offering insights into the development process of the traveling exhibition on architecture in Vorarlberg ahead of its inaugural display at Werkraum Bregenzerwald.
The title of the exhibition is a reflection of the widely shared modus operandi of architectural practice in Vorarlberg, with of pool of over 500 realised projects to be considered for the final selection.

In order to reflect this remarkable development since its inception in the late 50s of the last century, the early research was focused on conducting more than 50 interviews with the key proponents of the scene. The exhibition at the vai featured a broad selection of these interviews as well as prototypes of the exhibition architecture.
